INCLINED PLANES, 1970–73
from the Disequilibrating System

Objects and settings featuring inclined planes explored space in more practical ways (for the restricted display front of the JABIK shop in Milan), opening it up to new values (an area at the MoMA in New York), offering a system of different internal and external perceptions (the Mila Schön shop on Via Condotti, Rome), concealing (Case Gescal), as a surface for perception and reading (Galleria Visualità), and even using the threads of an imaginary loom to provide a new take on the a canopied bed.
